Perfect Mood Board Privacy Policy

 

This privacy policy describes Perfect Mood Board’s rules of conduct with regards to personal data collection and processing, use of cookies and other technologies which are part of the https://theperfectmoodboard.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website.

Each entity using the Website is considered as its User.

 

I. Personal data

  1. A User may provide his/her personal data to the Administrator by e-mail or using forms such as newsletter subscription form, guidebook download form, reservation form, contact form and other forms embedded in the Website.
  2. The Website Administrator is the administrator of User’s personal data.
  3. Any data provided to the Administrator as a part of the newsletter subscription form are processed in order to send to Users information about new offers, promotions, products and services of the Administrator.
  4. Data provided to the Administrator through the guidebook download forms are processed in order to provide Users with information supplementing the services provided, as well as information about new offers, promotions, products and services of the Administrator.
  5. Data provided to the Administrator via the booking form are processed in order to reserve appointment date for a selected service and to provide the service, including invoice issuance and distribution to User, documenting purchase of said service.
  6. Data provided to the Administrator by e-mail and as part of the contact form are processed in order to execute sale of products or services, including placing an order, invoice issuance and distribution to User.
  7. The Administrator guarantees confidentiality of all personal data provided to her.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for a User to complete action which a given form or means of communication is intended for.
  9. Personal data are collected with due diligence and are adequately protected against unauthorized access.
  10. A User is authorized to:
  • request access to his/her data and request rectification, deletion or limitation of data processing,
  • object to data processing,
  • transfer his/her personal data,
  • withdraw consent to processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if a User previously gave such consent,
  • lodge a complaint with supervisory authority in relation to processing of personal data by the Administrator.
  1. The Administrator does not disclose personal data provided to her to any third parties.
  2. The Administrator informs Users that she entrusts personal data for processing to the following entities:
  • Mad Ventures Patryk Kozioł, 29B Niedźwiedzia St, 02-737 Warsaw, Poland – in order to store personal data on the server,
  • RUAB “MailerLite” Paupio 28, Wilno, Lithuania – in order to use Mailerlite mailing system for sending newsletters, guidebooks, new offers, information about Administrator’s products and services,
  • PAYPAL POLSKA SP Z O O, 53 Emilii Plater St, 00-113 Warsaw, Poland – in order to process payments for products or services ordered by a User.

 

II. Cookies

  1. The Administrator can use cookies, i.e. small pieces of text information, stored on User’s device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system.
  2. The Administrator stores cookies on User’s device and then gains access to information contained therein for statistical and marketing purposes and to ensure proper functioning of the Website.
  3. The Administrator informs User that it is possible to configure website browser in a way that prevents storage of cookies on User’s device. In such case, use of the Website by a User may be limited.
  4. The Administrator informs that cookies may be deleted by a User after they have been saved by the Administrator. It can be done through appropriate functions of User’s web browser, programs designated specifically for this purpose or appropriate tools available under operating system used by the User.

 

III. Other technologies

Hereby the Administrator informs User that she uses the following technologies to track User’s activities within the Website:

  • Facebook conversion pixel – for the purpose of Facebook ads management and remarketing activities,
  • Google Analitycs tracking code – for the purpose of analysis of the Website statistics, without possibility of User identification.
